Growing up in a large South Dakota family, Marsha Kadlecik found her role in life early on. She was the family member always taking care of others. Marsha's ability to help others led her to a fulfilling life in the medical field.
After graduating from Yankton High School, Marsha attended college and graduated from NTCC in Norfolk, NE, as an LPN. She then attended the University of South Dakota and Mount Marty in Yankton, SD, graduating with a degree in Nursing Sciences in 1988.
After obtaining her Registered Nursing license, Marsha spent 15 years as a hospital nurse on Med-Surgical, ICU, Peds, Pulmonary, and Psych Units. These years gave Marsha a deep understanding of people, pain, and how to take care of people from all walks of life. And the experience compelled Marsha to find a way to help people even more.
That led Marsha to pursue her career as a Physician's Assistant, graduating from the University of North Dakota PA program in 2000.
Her interest in what's known as Functional Health stemmed from her experience while precepting at the Indian Health Service on the Yankton Sioux Reservation in South Dakota.
Marsha attended patients in several disciplines at acute care clinics until March of 2014, when she opened her own medical clinic called Functional Health Clinic in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Today, Marsha provides her patients with cutting-edge medical services based on a solid foundation of science and nature through her unique approach and knowledge base from years of experience. Functional Health Clinic in Sioux Falls provides a comfortable environment for those in need of medical services, including acute and chronic care, along with preventive health care.
